Comments: IMPORTANT PLEASE READ****On 04-07-2016, A woman that is renting from me, contacted Modern Environmental Sales and Service to preform an air quality test on a newer home I own in Daphne. Since the lease was signed, she has been problematic and demanding, and has pushed for a new HVAC system. She contacted this company and I paid for the service. After an objective, professionally inspection of the environmental air quality on the property and the condition of the unit, the report indicated no problems. She then posted a complaint on this site, and contacted a different company for another test. Their report issued the same results. NO PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM, MOLD OR AIR QUALITY. Modern Environmental Sales and Service has proven to be professional, reliable, thorough, and honest. I highly recommend them. THANK YOU!

Comments: Modern Environmental Services did a great job helping us identify, treat and remove the mold in a home we were renovating. Service was quick and they were prompt at reporting results of testing. They identified the source and assisted us in removing and treating the area to prevent any future issues. I will use them again if mold issues arise.

Comments: Recommended minimum treatment for a few hundred dollars. Bio Sweep of the Gulf Coast recommended thousands of dollars with a hard sale and scare tactics. Bio Sweep also charged for the inspection.

Comments: We ended up not having a problem with mold. This company was very responsive and professional. They did not try to sell us a service or product we did not need. They addressed our problem in the most economical and non-invasive manner possible. We had multiple companies evaluate our situation. The others were simply "one size fits all" responses. They were not really looking at our situation or what it called for. They had products and specific services for sale and were mostly interested in pushing those. I highly recommend this company to anyone. We are completely satisfied with the service and result we received.
